1. Payment Schedule: The total cost of the Retreat is $380. This amount is due by the date of the retreat. 2. Initial Deposit: The purchaser is required to make an initial deposit of $100. This deposit is due at the time of booking. 3. Second Deposit: An additional payment of $100 is due by January 15, 2025 after the initial deposit. The final payment of $180 is due February 1, 2025. These two payments will be automatically charged to the card on file. 4. Retreat Agreement: After making the initial deposit, the purchaser will be required to sign a retreat agreement. This agreement holds the purchaser liable for all additional payments. 5. Failure to Make Payments: If the purchaser fails to make the additional payments as per the agreed schedule, will result in forfeiture of all deposits made. 6. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or non-attendance, the purchaser will still be held liable for the full cost of the retreat. 7. Payment Method: All payments must be made via credit or debit card. The card details will be securely stored and used for the automatic recurring payments. We also offer After-pay and Affirm for your convenience and flexible payment plans.. 8. Confirmation: Upon receipt of the initial deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser. This email will include the retreat agreement and payment schedule. By making the initial deposit, the purchaser agrees to abide by this purchase policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in cancellation of the retreat booking and forfeiture of all payments made.
